About Us

Jos Studio offers a wide variety of Yoga classes for all ages and experience levels. Classes are limited to a maximum of 10 students in order to provide individual attention to each participant. A typical class may include all or some of the following elements: meditation, chanting, warm-ups, mudras (hand positions), asanas (postures), posture flows, pranayama (yogic breathing), deep relaxation, guided imagery, and Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep).
