In this class the new and beginner students explore the fundamentals of Yoga through a series of basic Yoga postures sequenced together that incorporate: breathing techniques, body alignment and movement. This sequence becomes a flowing series, which cleanses, elongates and strengthens the body as well as focus and calm the mind. Vinyasa helps us explore stillness within motion, strength within ease, and wisdom within action.

This class explores the foundation of all Yoga systems. A practice where the roots and essence of various postures are explored through dynamic movement, pranayama and meditation. Allowing the manifestation of grace, ease and poise to flow in our everyday life.
